Service Description
EssayCloak is a writing assistance tool that rewrites text to adjust writing style and patterns. The service uses artificial intelligence to process and rewrite text submitted by users.
User Responsibility
EssayCloak is a writing assistance tool. Users are solely responsible for how they use the output generated by EssayCloak. Users are responsible for compliance with their institution's academic integrity policies, their employer's policies, and all applicable laws. EssayCloak does not encourage or endorse academic dishonesty.
Acceptable Use
You may not use EssayCloak to process content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying prompts or algorithms used by the service. You may not resell or redistribute the service without written permission.
Billing and Refunds
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis - contact support@essaycloak.com.
Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice before any significant changes to the service.
Limitation of Liability
EssayCloak is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to academic consequences, lost data, or service interruptions. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
